  • 99 white folding Outdoor Ceremony Chairs
  • Bluetooth Speaker for Ceremony only. Soft background music available upon request
  • AC/Heater inside the chapel
  • handicap ramp, and 2 handicap parking spots.


Holiday Pricing
Additional Rental Fees apply on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Thanksgiving Week & Christmas Week.

Additional Fees:

Payment POLICIES

  • We are accepting almost all type of payments. Debit/Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders, Zelle, Venmo.

  • If final payment is not received within the thirty (30) days of the event date, the contract will be terminated by the Lessor without Lessee written approval, and no refund will be issued for any paid fees by that date.

  • Events booked within thirty days require full payment at the signing of this contract with no    refund.

  • Mailing address: All mailed payments are to be sent to Skylight Chapel and Events 717 Tabernacle Ln, Lyman SC 29365. No payments are to be mailed to the actual chapel location. Lessee is responsible for submitting all payments on time and responsible for making payments to the proper address listed above.

  • Security deposit: Lessee is to pay a venue security deposit of $500.00 no later than 30 Days prior to the event. If no damage, trash left behind, items left outside tables and chairs that were not brought inside the building, or any other problems that the owners feel caused unnecessary work for them or their manager, A check will be mailed within two weeks following the event. Make sure you provide a valid mailing address.
